A law firm in Kent are looking for a commercial litigation locum to join them on a temporary basis as a director and COLP while they recruit permanently for the role.

The firm handle commercial litigation and debt recovery for higher education institutions and you will be covering for their head of legal who is due to leave shortly. You will need to be prepared to act as the firm's COLP, join the board as a director, and supervise the team for the duration of the assignment.

While you will not need to be involved with any day-to-day work on the debt recovery side, you will need to assist with overseeing the commercial litigation caseload which includes some top end work.

This is likely to be a part-time role and either office-based, hybrid or fully remote will be considered.
