A London-based law firm are looking for a Court of Protection locum to help out while they recruit permanently for the role. You will need to have experience of working with a professional deputy and managing property and affairs deputyship work and/or property and affairs Lasting Powers of Attorney for a professional attorney.

This is a full-time role and is likely to last at least 3 months. The work can be carried out remotely so no office attendance is required.
