A law firm in Somerset are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to help out starting as soon as you are able for a period of around 3 months. You will be handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, assents, and new builds. You will be using the Leap case management system with Infotrack.

The firm are ideally looking for someone on a full-time hybrid working basis and preference will be given to candidates who can attend their offices - however, if this is not possible, they may consider fully remote.
