A law firm in East London are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to help out from 1-14th September 2026 inclusive. You will need a minimum of 10 years' experience in residential conveyancing for this one, including new build properties and shared ownership. You will also need to be very comfortable with leasehold properties, especially in London, and the Building Safety Act.

This is a full-time role and fully office-based - hybrid/remote working is not available for this one.
